About us
The Nasr Sisters are multi-instrumentalists who create beautiful vocal harmonies, performing diverse music that celebrates cultures from across the globe. The sisters have devoted many years to studying and performing music in different parts of the world including Canada, China, Europe, Brazil and Afghanistan… The duo performs in multiple languages and styles, playing a variety of instruments, they create a show that reflects their travels, studies and musical passions.
The two sisters sing popular jazz songs as well as taking the audience on an international tour. Ariana brings us to France, Eastern Europe and beyond, hearing the sounds of Edith Piaf, the Roma, and the Balkans. Kamila brings us to Portugal through Fado, and treats us to original Afghan-Celtic fusion.
